Dear FARMA and BIGAB friends

Preparing to close this year which has been interesting and inspirational.

In FORS MW we had many new dealers and partners joining us and we have developed our relations with our existing friends.

We also have taken several steps and decision for the new FORS MW to come this year and the best reward maybe was what I heard from one of our end user's visiting us the other day: " You all seem passionate about what you do!"

And we are! I would like to thank you all that find interest and benefit from our products and our service and we promise you we will only do more in the future.

Next year is a big exhibition year and we shall see what that brings from us.

Market´s favorite FARMA T9 landed to North America

Another "first" in Canada! European market' s favorite, and hopefully soon North American too, FARMA CT 6,3 - 9 4WD found its way to Canada. The new happy owner Dave is going to take the trailer to Bury Quebec and we wish him many successful and efficient years with FARMA!

Annual Christmas lunch of 2016

Today we celebrated Christmas with the whole FORS MW team - all our salesmen, FARMA Norden and Estonian office and factory people sat together for lunch and had a quick overview of the year 2016. Current year has offered a lot of good and positive things, but of course there have been things that could be done differently and our team is working hard to become better and better. We can promise you that a lot of positive changes are going to take place next year and our dealers and customers will be even more satisfied!

How are our machines helping to make art?

What would a real sculptor need? Of course a trailer and crane to transport suitable timbers out from the woods! Our customer Mike bought FARMA CT 6,3-9 already 6 years ago and he says that he has recommended it to his friends who are now also proud users of FARMA. Mike is a sculptor who makes nice things out of woods and we wish him good luck at what he is doing and many more successful years with FARMA trailer!

Dear visitors from Sweden!

Today we had very special visitors - our end customers from Sweden. They bought our FARMA trailer and were invited to come and see how the machines are manufactured. The day started with a short presentation, given by the CEO Peter Kastberg. After that we had a tour around the factory and then the most interesting part - demonstration of how our machines work! FARMA-N 5-15B tractor processor, BIGAB 10-14 and CT 7,0-10 G2 with BC18 were put in action this time.

We enjoyed the day and we are glad that our FARMA trailers are in such good hands now! We wish them a safe trip back home and many efficient years with FARMA!

BIGAB in Joesuu

Finnish salesman Tero is in Joensuu, where LH-Osa Oy is having a machinery day and our BIGAB is also represented. If you happen to be around, go and see what they are doing and have a talk with Tero about our machines, so he can help you to find the best one for your needs!

The Northern Europe´s largest agricultural fair Agromek has started! Our dealer Helms TMT-Centret A/S together with Gabriel are there, at stand C2648! Our machines are placed inside the building but also outside, so keep your eyes open. People who happen to be around, seize the opportunity to talk with our salesman who can advice you the best machine that meets your requirements.

Share a photo of FARMA and BIGAB in working process!

We received a letter from a happy customer Lars who bought our FARMA CT 5,3-9 trailer a year ago from Staffans Maskin AB. He sent us a photo of the trailer and crane, attached to John Deere - extremely beautiful combination where one machine improves other and vice versa.

BIGAB will be at AGROMEK2016

The Northern Europe´s largest agricultural fair is happening again, this time from 29th November until 2nd of December in Herning. The fair is held every second year and BIGAB won't miss it out.

Our Danish dealer Helms TMT-Centret A/S is going to be there with our machines and also our Swedish salesman Gabriel will be there the whole time and is going to answer all your questions regards to BIGAB machines.

Our machines are in Hall C and the stand number is C2648.

FORS MW welcomed a new valued member...

Today, FORS MW factory celebrated and welcomed our new tube and sheet plasma cutting machine.
We are developing together with the new technology and adapting it in order to make the manufacturing more efficient and smoother.
This new machine allows to cut 12m tube with max. diameter 400x400mm. Same time bevel cut sheet and tube, to support increased quality for welding technology. Also, the machine makes the drilling and tapping holes on sheet materials up to M16 possible much faster.

This machine helps us to increase the efficacy. Now some time-consuming and complex procedures will be done faster and with higher standard.

PS! MR EVOCON is helping us to become more efficient by uncovering the unproductive resources. We hope that the smile on MR EVEGON' s face won't fade away!

Jandrisevits Agrartechnik's dealer day in Sterm

This weekend our German dealer Jandrisevits Agrartechnik organized a dealer´s day in Sterm.
Of course our FARMA machines were there, together with our salesman Tim Wellner. Tim said that the exhibition was great amd the interest towards our machines was huge.

FARMA CT 7,0-12 G2 made it to North America!

The very first FARMA Generation 2 trailer has found a new home with Charles of St-Georges-de-Windsor Quebec.

On the photo the happy new owner Charles is standing together with our Canadian dealer Brad from Picken's Farm Equipment, in front of the new T12 trailer, equipped with optional track tires as well as a winch and electric high-flow control valves.

FARMA-N tractor processors make your life easier!

FORS MW is well known as a producer of FARMA lumber trailers and BIGAB hook lift systems, but we also manufacture FARMA-N tractor processors, which are very popular especially in North America. 

We have two different models of tractor processors, which are extremely versatile appliance and all foresters will appreciate its potential. It improves capacity and boosts forest output by minimizing the area lost to strip roads. Tim is travelling around Poland to see how our dealers are doing

Our dealers all over the world are very important to us, we are doing our best to visit them once in awhile to see how they are doing. So our German salesman Tim took a whole week and went to visit our dealers in Poland. He has been travelling around for 4 days now, today he was visiting the ForTech Serwis, who did order another FARMA machine from us - soon you will find FARMA T10 G2 in their yard. Tim currently is on his way to visit Silvatech. 

The feedback from our Polish dealers have been very good and they feel very confident recommending our machines to the customers.

We wish Tim a safe journey around Poland and also want to thank our Polish dealers for such an efficient cooperation.

Some useful tips how to take care of FARMA and BIGAB in winter time...

1. The ambient working temperature for our equipment is max -30°C. Note that when working in low temperatures, the level of wear and stress increases on seals and hoses. Extremely cold temperatures can affect the steel quality.

2. Make sure to regularly check tires since the pressure can be affected.

3. When working under extreme conditions, try to work with smaller loads than normal in order to prevent damage.

4. When working in cold conditions, always allow the hydraulic fluid to circulate freely for a number of minutes. Then operate each function a number of times to allow seals and hoses to soften up before applying full pressure.

5. In extreme conditions we recommend to use grease and oil for extreme conditions.

6. Check your equipment´s condition regularly.

It is important that you take good care of your machine to keep it working well.

Last week our salesman Gabriel went to Denmark, in order to visit our partner Helms TMT-Centret A/S in their Herning facility.

Helms' stores can be found in Herning, Ringsted and Århus. Their stores are fully equipped, being able to supply the whole range of BIGAB.

Jakob and Allan with colleges do terrific job with helping their customers to choose the right BIGAB for their needs.

While owning our energy cutter FARMA BC 18 which by the way does not require any extra controls or hoses, working in the forest will be much more easy and effective. Estonian dealer visit to Saue

Yesterday, we had visitors from Peetri Talutehnika / Maskin Grupp OÜ who has been our good Estonian dealer for a long time. They have many new hardworking salesmen who are ready to shake the Estonian market with FARMA and BIGAB products. Presentation about FORS MW, our products and a nice tour in the factory was made. It was great to get to know the faces of the people with who we work on a constant basis and to chat about the market.

A demoday in Germany

Last Sunday our German salesman Peter Roos visited our dealerBäuerlein Landtechnik, where he had his annual fair in Buch am Wald-Traisdorf.

He showed there FARMA T12 G2 with 7m crane and a T8 with C 6,3 crane, both trailers were equipped with own board hydraulics and dealer Bäuerlein had it´s own power connection solution, now the pumps are usable with a PTO power train.

Many people visited the exhibition and weather was autumnly nice, especially the fire wood area was very popular.

We like to thank Bäuerlein for the nicely organized show!

Am Sonntag den 16. Oktober besuchte ich unseren Händler Bäuerlein Landtechnik. Er richtete seine jährliche Ausstellung zur Kirchweih in Buch am Wald-Traisdorf aus.

Es wurden dort ein CT 7,0 Kran auf einem T12 G2 und ein T8 mit C6,3 Kran gezeigt. Beide Anhänger waren mit einer fest installierten Zahnradpumpe ausgestattet, welche über eine Zapfwelle angetrieben wird.1000 oder mehr Menschen haben die Ausstellung bei sonnigem und warmen Herbstwetter besucht.

Speziell die Feuerholzbranche fand dabei reges Interesse.

Wir möchten der Firma Bäuerlein für die professionelle Ausstellung und das Zeigen unserer Maschinen sehr herzlich danken.

Unser deutscher Gebietsverkäufer Peter Roos nimmt dieses und nächstes Wochenende an Händlerausstellungen teil, um die Händler bei der Kundenbetreuung hinsichtlich Farma und Bigab zu unterstützen.

About 7 months ago, Kairi-Liis joined our FORS MW team and she has been a great help and done excellent job. So we want to introduce her to everybody :

Hello all,

My name is Kairi-Liis and since March 2016 Im proud to be a member of FORS MW team. I joined Fors MW to work as an Office Manager, but fortunately, an HR managers position opened up and with enormous support from my dear collegues, I decided to accept the challenge. HR is my love and passion in worklife. I'm very grateful to FORS MW team for having such confidence and trust in me by giving me this awesome opportunity.

Before starting in FORS MW I worked as an Office Manager and HR-specialist for 6 years in construction material store. My work experience also consists of working in general building, metal, steel construction company and in an Embassy.

My education supports general Office Management and HR related tasks. I have bachelor´s degree from Tallinn Technical University and I have continued my studies there to get a Masters degree on Human Resource management.

Aftermarket on the move

We had the honour of having Kenth Nilsson over to discuss and initiate the next step of after sales and spare parts development in FORS MW. Plans and preparations are in progress and with the good support from our team in Norrköping we hope to give you a new service level soon.
Of course we recognize the true importance of helping our dealers to service our end users in the best possible way and we will step up efforts in this respect. By the way, we also acknowledged the true age of wisdom that Kenth now has reached.

I guess you all have noticed that on the photos, beside our dear saleman Anders, there has been another guy standing. People from Southern Sweden and Denmark, we have something for you - Gabriel Hjertqvist, who is going to take care of exactly these markets.

contact for all of you situated in västergötland/östergötland and south from there. I live and work in Halmstad wich is optimaly placed to have close to you all.
