C4,2 G2 – Our latest crane addition

Under the name FARMA Generation 2, we proudly present a new model in our crane series C 4,2. C 4,2 is a small but powerful crane equipped with a linkage system and well suited for the purpose.

The crane has a reach of 4,2m and is equipped with a single extension of 0,6m. C 4,2 lifts 430kg at full reach exclusive the weight of the grapple, rotator and link.

The details of the crane are thoroughly prepared to offer our users a crane out of the ordinary. The hydraulic hoses are will protected inside the lift arm as well as the pipe and hose routing on the tilt/telescopic arm.

The crane can be equipped with our RW 600 winch for additional functionality.

Slewing torque has increased with 84 % in comparison with its predecessor. An increase from 2.24 to 4.12 kNm.

Karpfhamer Volksfest, Germany!

As several times before Fors MW and Oswald Agrartechnik also this year collaborated in taking part in Karpfhamer Volksfest. A fair with around 400 000 visitors. It was some great days with loads of interest for the FARMA trailers. As always G2 trailer draws lots of attention due to the unique and nice looking design. Unfortunately the rain kept falling but even though most visitors had smiles on their faces.

Aftermarket Meeting Norrköping, Sweden

It is hectic weeks here at Fors MW. We continue to work hard with product development for both FARMA and BIGAB. At the same time new ads are worked up, new brochures in pipe - line, website updates and a lot more fun. The week began in Norrköping with a series of meetings and conversations at our after-sales office. The aftermarket is an area under constant development. One area Fors MW prioritize and which remains on top of the agenda for the autumn. There is always potential for improvement. We are good but strive to be the best. A lot will happen. Follow us here at the blog =)

What a show – APF, UK!

During last week FORS MW took part in the bi-annual APF Forestry show in Warwickshire England. Despite a mixed bag of weather the turnout was great, with a great many customer both old and new visiting the stand. Where the star of the show was the T14G2 trailer equipped with C7.0 crane also on show was T9 and T 10 trailer with C 6,3 m crane mounted ,completing the FARMA display was a little CT 7-4.6 trailer. The stand was finished off by a BIGAB 10-14.

Business was great on all 3 days with orders been taken for a number of trailers and cranes.

Thanks to Gary from J Davies  and Malcolm from Chippenham Farm Sales for their help, but a special thanks to Dylan Evans from J Davies who kept the customers happy serving coffee and drinks and keeping the stand very clean and tidy - A huge help from a great guy.

Scandinavian market meeting for two days in Estonia

We have over two days had a really good and interesting market meeting in Estonia together with our Swedish sales guys who also manage the Danish and Norwegian markets. Everything from exhibitions, product development, after sales to product development has been discussed. Summarizes a good meeting, and see an intense marketing autumn ahead.

Dyrskuen Exhibition, Norway

Last weekend Fors MW took part in the popular Norwegian fair in Seljord Norway. It is a fair with a one of a kind view since it is placed in the valleys with the high mountain tops as the stunning view. FARMA was as on any other Dyrskuen show at place at the stand of our long lasting friends and fantastic dealer Skogsverktöy. At place the visitors could get acquainted with a broad range of the FARMA assortment.

UK exhibition APF 18 – 20/9

Field day in Estonia!

Our dealer Peetri Talutehnika had one of their traditional field days last week. Loads of interesting visitors came from all over Estonia to appreciate some nice machinery. At place from Fors MW were CT 8,5 – 14 4 WD Generation 2 trailer. A really popular trailer these days.

Successful fair in Gothenburg, Construction Live, Sweden!

It was the first time that the Construction Live exhibition in Gothenburg was held. In glorious weather loads of visitors came. The reception for BIGAB was maybe a little bigger than usual, but we were also in the region of the country where we sell most hook trailers. Our new dump trailer, BIGAB T8, attracted much attention. Mainly through the possibility of moving the bogie but the price also attracted considerable attention. 73 000kr for a trailer entirely produced in high strength steel.

Construction fair in Sweden!

It is finally time for day one of the three days at the new construction fair in Gothenburg. BIGAB is there to meet its customers and to greet potential ones welcome. Gothenburg is an important market for our hooklift system and has been for decades. On site the visitors will be able to get acquainted with several different popular models of BIGAB for construction purposes. At site we also have our unique dump trailer BIGAB T – 8. Unique in the sense that you can easily adjust the bogie as well as the drawbar. Perfect for wheeled excavators and tractors. All packed at an unbeatable price for a entirely built trailer in high-strength steel.

FARMA is a success

FARMA is today, twenty years after the launch one of forest Europe's strongest brands. Then the product line consisted out of one model. Today, it is almost possible to vary indefinitely. This has quite much to do with the large portion of sales in Europe.

Over the years, FARMA has grown strongly in many markets. Much thanks to persistent advertising for many years. The other day, this fine Polish Journal arrived to the office with the most beautiful and now a really popular trailer on the front cover, FARMA CT 8.5-14 4WD.

A really nice meeting with Skellefteå Traktorekonomi, Sweden

Last week I had a really nice day together with Skellefteå Traktorekonomi who visited me in my home in Hälsingland for some product training and some strategic sales talk. A really nice time in the simplest of forms are usually the best way to go.
