2012 – A year of development!

2012 has been an exciting year with a number of challenges to overcome. It has been a year of hard work, but it has also meant a number of successes. We have launched several new products and expanded the model range in existing ones. We have managed to market our brands BIGAB, FARMA and NIAB in more markets than ever before. Never before have we been more visible.

2012 is not what we usually call a year of exhibitions but came to be a year of one successful show after another. We participated in everything from the large German forestry fair KWF to fairs in England, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, France and Estonia to name a few. During the year we saw several new markets upon up in earnest. Countries such as Russia, France but also more exotic markets such as Paraguay and Mauritius. The website became available in Norwegian and is now available in eight languages.  A website visited by hundreds of thousands of unique visitors every year. The blog “A company´s journey” is one of the few marketing blogs, in our field of industry, and very popular all over Europe.
Investments in the factory and personnel continued during the year. We traded several robots and a range of CNC machines. We got our purchased laser and the huge hydraulic press knows as the Hulk in action. Name because of its green color and enormous size. Environmental efforts continued, and has been several. We look specifically with joy at the fact that the whole factory except for the oven of the paint shop are heated up by wood chips from our own farm.

Our product line grew with a log cracker (W 700) and the energy cutter FARMA BC 18. The C 3,8 m crane was updated with a link arm system for increased use. C 7,0 crane became the formidable success it deserves. A magnificent crane beyond anything else on the market and at a price few can match. BIGAB Z crane continued its positive sales trend and is now a popular piece of machinery with the contractors along with a BIGAB hook lift system.

In May, the contractor fair MaskinExpo in Stockholm was the first time we presented BIGAB Generation 2. A stronger and more intelligent hook lift system with a tilt angle of 66 degrees and obtained at a speed which as good as with a traditional tip trailer. A unique trailer with a unique solution! A trailer for the future! FARMA Generation 2 featured on the German KWF show this summer an entirely new brand protected lumber trailer series. A trailer series available in models T 10, T 12, T 14 4 WD and the T 16 4 WD.

When you look back on a year that soon is coming to an end you pretty soon realize that it has been an equally eventful and fulfilling year as previous. A year is always followed by good and bad times. A year has always their finest moments. The presentation of BIGAB and the FARMA Generation 2 trailers are two such moments. Work with the photo shoot for the new FARMA brochure to be launched after Christmas another. It is with excitement but also with confidence that we look forward to 2013. It is the year when the forest fair Elmia Wood will take place. We will be there in the fairs largest stand and so will many of our product news!
Being al market leader is a responsibility of both managing what you have, but also to develop for the future. It is a daily and ongoing process that never stands still. That´s the challenge that makes us get up in the morning. It is in the air we breathe. That is so that history can be reflected in a successful tomorrow!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

The blog will now take a Christmas break and will be back again on the 9/1 – 2013.

4 WD – A must in rough terrain!

FARMA 4 WD vehicles are available in models T 12 4 WD, T 14 4 WD G2 and T 16 4 WD G2. FARMA has electrical maneuvered drive as a standard with two positions – forward and reverse.  The power of the FARMA 4 WD is one of the best on the market. The 4WD will provide you with great benefits when driving in difficult driving conditions on soil with low bearing capacity and rough terrain. The 4 WD will also assist when you need to off load timber within short distances (perhaps off loading different timber assortments into different off loading sections) and then move simply using the 4WD.
The movie shows our T 16 4 WD Generation 2 trailer in action.

The new FARMA Generation 2 trailers take shape!

We are now at the start of production of the new FARMA Generation 2 trailers and in the prototype workshop they are right now producing the jigs for the serial production.  FARMA G2 trailers are available in models T 10, T 12, T 14 4 WD and T 16 4 WD. It´s innovative design and technological development that takes it one step further. Our extensive industry experience and global purchasing team provides opportunities for extensive equipment options and competitive prices!
For more information see FARMA products at www.forsmw.com (changes have occurred though since the information was posted) or wait for the detailed presentation in January.

Make a cut – FARMA BC 18

In our Generation 2 series, we have launched a smaller version of an energy cutter. FARMA BC 18 will make your work in the forest more productive and the fixed knife is easy to maintain. BC 18 is adapted for our FARMA grapple series and requires no additional controls or hoses. You connect it to the hoses off the grapple. Tilt is done automatically when you cut (the pressure when tilting is adjustable) and tilts up when you re – open the cutter to cut new bushes. For loading, we recommend our energy brush grapple or the standard grapple on the crane. The center of gravity location makes it easy to place the grapple directly at the root.
The cutter is supposed to handle bushes on a maximum diameter of 18 cm at the cutting point. Se table. Keep in mind that many things can affect the ability to cut trees at 18 cm, for example which wood it is, humidity, outdoor temperature but also if the tree is frozen.

FARMA BC 18 is recommended for FARMA cranes from size 4,6 and up.

“There are two things we should always be  - raw and   ready ...

When you are raw, you are always ready and when you are ready you usually realize that you are raw.

Waiting for perfection is not an answer, one cannot say "I will be ready when I am perfect" because then you will never be ready.

Rather one must say:
"I am raw and I am ready just like this-right now, how and who I am.”

Our warmest wishes for Your Birthday, Ago!

Happy Birthday, dear Olga!

“You've got this life and while you've got it, you'd better kiss like you only have one moment,
try to hold someone's hand like you will never get another chance to,
look into people's eyes like they're the last you'll ever see,
watch someone sleeping like there's no time left,
jump if you feel like jumping,
run if you feel like running,
play music in your head when there is none
and eat cake like it's the only one left in the world!”

Details are important!

Since Fors MW is a manufacturer of machinery we need to work side by side with the machine directive and CE mark. In that work we also need to provide our machinery with the stickers needed and we assure you many it is. Every week we need to work with providing the right stickers to the machinery. It is not simply to make on. The need to be accordingly to the regulations and of course what is always the most important – our users needs to understand them! In the photo is Sulev (manager of the assembly) in action measuring the size of the winch for new stickers that we will add.

Back in Estonia

I am back in Estonia working from the factory for a couple of days in a cold and wintry Estonia. Loads of snow and fantastic weather. It is great to be back and see the production in full speed. The green color is dominating as it should in the winter season when most of the FARMA and NIAB products are sold. I hope that you do know that we have one of the broadest ranges of forest trailers and cranes out there! Read more at our homepage www.forsmw.com click at FARMA

Taking part of the photo shoot!

It is time to meet another member of the Fors MW team. This time we will get aqiunted with Pavel Kutovoi that works in our assembly department. Pavel also took part in the photo shoot session in the beginning of October and we asked him about this experience.

Hello, everybody!
My name is Pavel Kutovoi . I work in the assembly department and want to tell You a little about
my experience of participation in holding a photo shoot in Kidise ( its Leif Fors, founder of Fors MW, farm located not far from city of Pärnu ).

First of all I am very grateful for the opportunity to witness the work of Our equipment
in its true operating conditions. It has helped me gain a new perspective on
Our products and a better understanding of  the purpose of various design elements that go with Our machinery.

Weather  during the photo shoot  was a constant cause of worry and joy, rapidly changing and surprising the team over and over again. Even though the rain sometimes made if difficult and challenging we managed. It was tough work though to keep the machinery clean and up and running. Then we sun was shinning I can promise you that we worked until dark.

Work in the forest is drastically different from work in the assembly zone. We often had to improvise, because we didn't always have all the necessary parts and tools at hand - it was a good feeling to see that we managed!

A possibility to work  as a team  brought us great results. I have very positive impressions of the people I met during the photo shoot.

All the best, Pavel

Agromek – Denmark!

Last week, the popular exhibition Agromek took place in Herning, Denmark. Agromek is an agricultural fair, which this year drew large crowds of visitors also from countries such as Norway and Sweden. Fors MW was at place in our agent Helms TMT – Centret A/S large and well stocked stand. Helms have been successful in their sales of BIGAB on the Danish market and chose to invest heavily with BIGAB in the stand. BIGAB Generation 2 was showed for the first time on the Danish market, to many previous users delight. At stand was also this year’s municipal best seller BIGAB 12 – 15 with the popular Z crane 6,6 as well as one of the largest models of BIGAB 20 – 24. Representing Fors MW in the stand was Eric Queckfeldt, new sales representative for Denmark, and Svante Högnert, purchase/development.
We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to Helms for a successful exhibition and as always a nice cooperation!

Viewed by 200 000 people!

This video of BIGAB 15 – 19 lifting a fantastic load of timber has soon been seen by 200 000 viewers on You Tube! That is fantastic numbers! The film was made nearly 7 years ago and perhaps not the coolest video of them all but it is one fantastic BIGAB in this film that’s for sure!

New design – Hydraulic radio winch!

FARMA is launching a long-awaited price worthy series of new hydraulic remote controller winches under the G2 series named FARMA RW 1300 and RW FARMA 500. The RW 1300 winch can be installed on all crane models from C 4,6 reach and upwards. RW 500 winch can be mounted on our smallest crane model with 3,8 m range.
The larger winch (RW 1300) has a 6 mm wire with a length of 35 meters as standard. The pulling force is at 175 bar 1300kg on empty drum. The small winch (RW 500) has a 5 mm wire with a length of 30 m. Pulling force is at 175 bar 600 kg on empty drum. The pulling force or lifting power to be accurate differs significantly depending on whether the numbers are stated with empty drum or full. Check the numbers when compared to other models.

FARMA has for many years chosen to have only a remote controlled winch in our assortment. This is due to the fact that the risk of accidents rises sharply with a mechanically controlled winch. Radio makes the work easier and more importantly safer by removing dangerous and heavy work.
Talk to your dealer for more information!

The picture on the top shows RW 1300 mounted on C 5.1 m FARMA crane.
The second picture shows the RW 500 mounted on C 3.8 G2 FARMA crane.

BIGAB G2 - A shining star of Agroteknik

The exhibition Agroteknik in Norway took place last week. It is Norway’s largest agricultural fair that takes place every third year. BIGAB was represented by AK Maskiner. AK Maskiner had an impressive stand where they chose to display BIGAB Generation 2 which attracted much attention.

Several where those customers who already owns a BIGAB but now with great interest learned more about the new Generation of BIGAB. Hook lift trailers with 60 – degree tilt angle and several other features. Everyone seemed to like what they saw. AK Maskiner will have several BIGAB of the old version in store when customers would like to trade-in their old version for a new. However that is never a problem since used BIGAB is really hot on the market and has a resale value that beats most.

We thank Kalle Solhag and AK Maskiner for a very well performed exhibition and wish the best of luck with the sale!

Unfortunately not even the mobile took great pictures so there are none to show.

Visit from Romania!

We had a really nice visit last week from our Romanian dealer Mr. Vlad Dorin Doinas from company SC. MECOMAG H.V. SRL and Mr. Parascan Maricel. The main event for their visit was to go down to the farm of our founder Mr. Leif Fors but they of course started with a tour around the factory premises to see how and where the FARMA brand is produced.

Down on the farm they drove and tested our new FARMA Generation 2 trailer series along with the fantastic FARMA G2 cranes and was impressed by what they saw and felt. We thank the Romain time for their visit and hope to see you back at Elmia Wood next summer!

BIGAB in Russia!

We are happy to share our great joy of achieving success in Russia after a year of hard work. As we all know, Russia has huge land territories of agricultural lands. There are a lot of agri – cooperation’s and big farmers.  LLC “ZAVETNOYE” was founded in 2001 and is located in the Georgievski district, Stavropol Territory. Due to the Southern climate the agriculture work is well developed in this region. The main specialization of this company is growing seed, storage of large quantities and farming crops such as onions, carrots and beets. The company has a full range of agricultural equipment. From recent times LLC “ZAVETNOYE” also received 10 pieces of BIGAB 15 – 19 from Fors MW for their daily transportation needs.

We feel confident, that „ZAVETNOYE” is satisfied with their BIGAB trailers and as agricultural producer they are ready for the cropping period. Fors MW hopes to expand the Russian market in the near future. During the last year we have sent quite a number of of BIGAB to the waste disposal management in several areas of Russia so things are progressing nicely!

Passing by a BIGAB to work

On my way to work each morning for a couple of weeks I have had the pleasure of passing by this nice looking BIGAB 20 – 24 just outside our aftermarket premises in Norrköping. They use the machine heavenly and it seems to enjoy every bit of it! Up here in our area of Sweden there are lots of BIGAB in the municipalities and out in the landscape. It is always a pleasure to drive around!

We practice what we preach!

Here at Fors MW we try to practice what we preach in all cases as far as we can at least. A year ago we proudly announced that we had invested in a new heating central for wood chips to hear our factory of more than 15 000 square under roof, an investment that now a year later is soon to be paid off.
To go from increasingly expensive oil dependence as in our case to be allowed to use natural resources in a more direct form as wood chips was an economic equation whose benefits were not too severe to  calculate. The chip is as such a natural consequence of our daily work by the forest products that we produce under the name FARMA/NIAB which obviously makes it even more rewarding. That we have been able to reduce our huge dependence on oil down to almost nothing is a really cool trip both from an economical as well as an environmental perspective!

We still learn however and after a year of testing a system of transporting the wood chips into the heating central by container we saw a need for some innovation to simplify the feeding process of chips directly into the pan. “Chief engineer” Leif Fors came up with a solution one day one that we here and now open the lid to. Now we hope for another beautiful and warm winter inside the factory!

Let´s do this on a regular base!

We asked Igor Kolutushkin, one of the assemblers at place during the photo shoot in Estonia a month ago, to comment on his experience. Here is his story!
From time to time, out of professional and personal interest,  I tend to look at different programs on Discovery channel that show how Canadian timber harvesting companies exploit their machinery in very difficult circumstances, how different construction elements of their machinery behaves in this process of felling, storing and transportation of the trees.

Behaviour of hoisting and lifting mechanisms of these machines has been under a specific interest of mine as the host of the show usually gives a detailed information about which construction elements are most vulnerable to high pressure in using maximum loads and how the rotator together with the frame and the body of the mechanism affects the quality of work performed by entire machine.
I watch the programs and think a lot about how the machinery produced under Our brands of FARMA, BIGAB, NIAB is used in different parts of the world. In the beginning of October I was lucky in enough to be invited to a testing / photoshoot of forestry equipment produced and built at Fors MW together with colleagues from Estonia and Sweden.

Testing/photo shoot was conducted in the forest not far from city of Pärnu. The weather was on Our side providing Us with some sunshine after quite a few rainy days and making it possible for Us to test/shoot Our machines under extreme circumstances such as difficult road conditions, soft ground, high humidity. And I have to say... the tension was there... Being a member of an assembly team one always feels the pressure and a sense of responsibility related to these machines that have been built with one’s own hands.
So we stood there, quietly watching Our machines working- admiring how light and precise were the movements of this equipment amongst the chaos of felled trees, how with the help of Our grapples and cranes trailers got filled with good quality timber. It’s impossible to experience that adrenalin-rush, that drive while testing the machinery in the factory, under controlled environment!

Needless to say – the results were pleasing although we found a few areas that still need some love and affection! We strive for perfection!
From my personal point of view I found out that this type of testing days in the forest have to be arranged on a regular basis so that more of Our specialists         ( welders, members of assembly crews, designers ) would see Our products in action in order to notice Our strong sides and a bit weaker points. It has been done but could be done more often. This way it is easier to see where to focus in the future if we want to raise the quality, reliability and competitiveness of Our machines.

Know more about us!

Fors MW has as we know become a very successful business in forestry, agricultural and construction businesses during the past 20 years on the market. We thought that since it is some weeks before Christmas that we would open the doors to the way we think and work in regards to production and sales as well as marketing. The questions will have to be – how do we think and why?
Fors MW mission is straightforward and clear. We develop and manufacture quality machines for farmers, forestry owners and contractors worldwide at a price the customer is willing to pay. It may sound simple but it puts great demands on all of us through the entire chain, from development, production to marketing and sales.

We must in all parts evenly and constantly work with the price of purchase whether it is steel price, hoses, price on advertisements or even hotel rooms at fairs. We must always be on the lookout for better prices. The entire chain from development, production, marketing and sales must relate 100 % to our business philosophy for it to function. This place great demands on all of us to always deliver, but on the other hand it makes every day a challenge!
Fors MW never increases customer price as the quick fix solution as a result of rising costs. Sometime it has been necessary to raise the price to end customer, but we do so only when all other options have been exhausted. The very few price increases we have had both in good and bad times during our history is a statement to that fact. Our team of purchasers is acting with the whole world as their work field. All to be able to continue to give you as our customer high quality products to competitive prices! That´s what we call to lead the development and meeting the market expectations of us as a marker leader!

Greetings from Paraguay!

A few days ago we received some pictures from South America. It is of a BIGAB 8 – 12 that were loaded into a sea container for a trip to Paraguay. There it will be used for endless tasks such as transporting wood out of the forest to production site, carrying fuel and small machines.

The photos show pictures of containers being made using our load carrier frames.

New dealer in Slovakia!

We are proud and excited to finally be able to announce a new dealer in Slovakia for our forestry products FARMA and NIAB. Slovakia has for many years been a country to which we have sold forestry products but always having to do so through neighboring countries and dealers. Our new dealer SilvaTech will now change this. Silvatech has its headquarters in Plavnica. Silvatech is started by ZUP Wrzos s.c that has been our Polish dealer and friends for many years. ZUP is one of several talented dealers in Poland. We wish ZUP and Silvatech the best of luck for the future!

Planning next year’s exhibitions…

I have during the last month started to plan the exhibitions of 2013 and there is quite a handful to deal with I must say. Hotels needs to be booked, stands confirmed and people to notify about the hectic year to come. I usually say that every second year is a year of exhibitions and 2013 most certainly gives credit to the expression.
Fors MW will next year, beside all the hundreds of dealer days and regional shows that our agents/dealers take part in at our account all over Europe, take part in Forst Live (Germany), MaskinExpo (Sweden), Elmia Wood (Sweden), Borgeby Fältdagar (Sweden), Entreprenadexpo (Sweden) and last but not least Agritechnica (Germany).

A year as such needs careful early planning. To pull of shows such as the largest forestry show in the world, Elmia Wood, or the largest agricultural fair in the world, Agritechnica, demands quite a lot of all. The whole Fors MW team needs to be on their toes because we all know what’s ahead of us and to be honest then I do not simply talk about the exhibitions. I rather think about the product news that is waiting in the pipeline to be presented at the shows in the year ahead! Watch out – because there is news ahead!

A lot to produce!

Here at Fors MW we use the material steering program named Monitor from Sweden to steer our production. The Monitor program is especially designed to deal with industrial production companies. Every week we start by printing the order list from the program. A list which has been carefully planned by our sales manager Mrs. Anne Peerand and which tell us what to produce the coming week. We start the production process on Monday and each Thursday/Friday the yard is full of trucks waiting for their specific load to be shipped all over Europe and sometimes sea containers awaits for the load to be shipped by sea to its final destination often in far away countries.

The photo shows our CEO Mr. Peter Kastberg showing the list and explaining it to Fors MW visitors.

Back in the team – Meet Annika!

I am Annika and here I am again!  This time I have got new tasks to do: as to create serial numbers to ordered Farma, Bigab and Niab products.  Later, when products are ready to deliver, I prepare correct instruction books with warranty, claims and EC- Confirmation documents to send to our customers together with the machinery.
It was in 2005 January when I started here as administration assistant.  I was happy to use my Swedish language skills at every day job, as it was/is important for me. Beside that I made spare parts invoices and communicated often with Kenth and Charlie at the aftermarket office in Sweden, which has always been a very pleasant co-operation.

In 2007 I got my first son Arno Kenta and we were at home until 2009, then I came back just for 4-5 month and 2010 I got my second son Kennet Hiro.  Now I am back again full time at AS Fors MW and happy about it!
Shortly, my responsibility is to create serial numbers, take care of above named documents in different languages and to be aware of product updates and changes which might affect instruction books and look after that information will be updated.

All the best, Annika

Back in my hometown – Växjö

I am back in my old hometown of Växjö, Sweden for two days of intensive work at the advertising agency. We have a new FARMA brochure to produce along with several other things that we need to deal with so we have work cut out for us. Fun work though, to see the pictures we took, turns into fantastic marketing material to be used all over the world!
Växjö is a medium sized town in the South of Sweden with around 90 000 people within the municipality. It was here I grew up and here I have my heart placed. That this also is one of those places where you can see BIGAB around nearly every corner does not make my visit to this place any harder I must tell. There is work ongoing wherever you turn your eyes in this city and has so been for the past couple of years. Even though multiple BIGABs in this town I did not catch one on my walk to work this morning so therefore I add a picture that Björn Vigren (one of the guys at the advertising agency) took last spring, and as I said a typical Växjö view – a BIGAB in all its glory.

BIGAB – Indian Ocean!

During last week I was lucky enough to visit our dealer Mecom on the beautiful island of Mauritius to take a closer look at the two pieces of BIGAB 22 – 27 that Fors MW have working in the environment.  The trailers are working there as a part of mechanical harvest of sugar cane. A lot of the canes are still cut by hand.

It was a good time to pay a visit since the harvest is now drawing to a close for the season so this gave me a good chance to evaluate the performance of the trailers and see how we can improve for the future. The price of the cane is losing its support so the working efficiency is vital to the operation. The target for each harvesting gang is 500 tons/daily, yields are around 70 ton of hectares so the trailers are kept very busy. Distance to the factory is anything from 2 km to 50 km and there are four factories on the Island.

Some good discussions were had during my visit and the hospitality showed by Rolland Boulle and his team was first class, as ever it is always a pleasure to deal with pro – active dealers such as Mecom and we look forward to many years of future business.

On behalf of all of us at Fors MW I would like to thank Luc Arnaud and Rolland for the work and assistance with the project over the past 12 months.

P.S. The weather was good as well=) Not bad for an Englishman as myself this time of year....

In need of a spare part?

If you are in need of a spare part you are welcome to take contact with our aftermarket division in Norrköping, Sweden. The aftermarket department is strategically located just a few hundred meters from the European highway named E4. That makes transport fast and easy. Several are those logistics centers that has there depots in the area.
We took a decision several years ago to dive the aftermarket from our production unit. There are several benefits by doing so but most importantly is that production will never snatch parts that were supposed to become products within aftermarket. It is so easy if you have everything under the same roof that the guy in production (when in need of a part) takes a tour around the aftermarket section for details. That is no longer the case since they are separate and the aftermarket by so, have their own stock to keep track of and keep up to date.

Meet Evelin!

Fors MW is an expanding company and as such we expand both in sales and staff. Now it is time to meet Evelin our latest member of the Fors MW team.

Hello!
I’m Evelin, 29 years old and have been working as an accountant in Fors MW since June. I’ve learned a lot in the past months and it’s been quite interesting journey for me.
Before Fors MW I was an accountant for 3,5 years working in an assembly and in logistic’s company and before that I spent 4 years at home with my litte boy. So getting back to work was a great challenge on one hand and an incredible opportunity on the other. So far I’ve enjoyed my time here and hope it goes on this way for many more years.

My free time I spend mostly behind books and computers. I just finished Millennium series and before that I read a lot of A. Nekrassov’s books.  I also like dancing and occasionally visit a cinema to watch movies- mostly adventure or sci-fi and of course some cartoons with my kid.
Thank You for Your time!

Evelin

Another week of interviews

In the work to find replacements for our sales guys Calle and Göran in Sweden we have continued our search this week by interviewing people both in the region of Stockholm but also in Malmö covering the South. It has been great meetings and we have a lot to think of in the coming days. This is an important task for us and not one we deal with easy. There will be some days of thoughts and discussions ahead.
The photo is of the central train station in Malmö where some of the meetings took place this week.

Laser cutting – A part of the new Generation 2 series!

Two years ago we bought and installed a very large laser cutting machine which is a great supplement to our gas and water cutters that was already at place. We have been using the laser machine quite a lot in our work to create our new FARMA Generation 2 series, either it is for the crane or the new trailers. The laser cutting makes the edges perfect and adds to the finish of the product in general. As we continue our development you can be sure we continue to use the laser!

Interview week in Norrköping, Sweden!

Last week we began our work to find replacement for sales managers Carl Erik Åkesson and Göran Carlsson, who today manages the Swedish and Norwegian market. Calle and Göran have been with us for a long time but feel that it is time for a shift change. Read more about this in previous news posts where they describe the need to initiate a new phase in life.

This was the first interview week. The pressure has been enormous. More than 250 people have applied for the post. Of them, around 50 have felt more or less qualified for the position. Many have felt summon, which we appreciate a lot, but as always it´s a few that will be contacted for interview. Prior to the interviews, all undergo various tests to produce a profile of character. An instrument that now, when correctly used, proved to be a huge asset.

On location in Norrköping, we have had our CEO Peter Kastberg, marketing and information manager Ulrica Fors Stenmarck and Anna Tinglöf our recruiting expert. We are only at the beginning of the recruitment process. Several candidates will have to take the next step over the Baltic Sea to pay a visit in the factory in Estonia in a second step in the recruiting process. This is an extremely important recruitment for Fors MW, so we put all the resources into this to put together a true “dream team” for our future marketing efforts!
